Your First Visit
Welcome to AlignRight Injury & Rehab, your go-to Dallas-area chiropractor for auto accidents, workplace injuries, slips and falls, and a full range of pain relieving mobility improving treatments. At your first visit, we’ll collect medical history and a description of your accident. You can access these forms online and complete them before your appointment, if you would prefer. Once your forms are complete, you’ll move straight into your consultation with Dr. Z.
The main reason for the initial visit to our office is discovery. The doctor will ask a lot of questions, gather a complete picture of your accident or injury, and start to build a picture of your potential treatment plan. Next, he’ll answer your questions, address any concerns you may have, and partner with you to fully understand the potential of chiropractic care in relieving pain and restoring your full range of motion.
The next step is the examination. We may use x-rays, reflex tests, strength tests, and other methods of determining your current range of motion and pinpointing areas of discomfort. Depending on the extent of your injury and the severity of pain, Dr. Z may perform an adjustment on the same day. In most cases, this will occur at a follow up visit. We’ll also make a plan for ongoing rehabilitation sessions to ensure you stay pain free.
Personal Injury & Working with Attorneys
In addition to providing pain relieving chiropractic care, the AlignRight Injury & Rehab team is also skilled in working with medical and auto insurance. We’ll be happy to work with you to develop a plan to pay for medical bills schedule car repairs. We work with personal injury lawyers on a regular basis, providing documentation to make your case clear. Dr. Z will provide your attorney with all the evidence he needs to clearly link your injury back to your auto or workplace accident.
Insurance Information & Flexible Financing
At AlignRight Injury & Rehab, we want to relieve as much of the stress and frustration related to accidents and injuries as possible.
